Teen Says He Was Abducted, Tortured During Kidnaping

Philadelphia police used a 17-year-old’s phone to track him down after the boy and his parents said he had been abducted. Eventually, police were able to find the boy alive and arrest three people. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports.
