Teen, Man and Officer Hurt in Crashes as Police Chase Carjacking Suspects

A teenager, driver and officer were all hurt in two separate crashes as police chased two armed carjacking suspects in West Philadelphia. NBC10 obtained surveillance video of one of the crashes. We are not showing the moment the teen was struck by the car.
