Teen Boy Struck and Killed by DUI Driver: Police

A driver was arrested and charged with DUI after striking and killing a 17-year-old high school senior early Sunday morning. Antwan Timbers Jr. was a senior at Burlington City High School and was walking on Route 130 with a friend when he was struck.
