Teen and Older Brother Arrested in Man's Murder

A 16-year-old boy and his 21-year-old brother were arrested in connection to the carjacking and murder of a father who was trying to protect his 2-year-old daughter. NBC10’s Aundrea Cline-Thomas speaks to a friend of the victim.
