Technology helps break new details in decades-old cold case murder in Berks Co.

A decades long cold case in Berks County is the latest crime to find new answers thanks to forensic genealogy. Cynthia Baver was murdered 22 years ago at her Reading home, and today officials announced the man they say did it was right nearby all along. NBC10’s Frances Wang has the story.
