Tears Flow at Memorial Service for Young Man Killed in Ransom Abduction

Family and friends of Curtis Jenkins III fought through tears to speak about the young man on what would have been his 21st birthday. Jenkins III, the grandson of Camden’s council president, was kidnapped and held at ransom before being killed.
