Teacher Charged With Not Reporting Rape

Upper Perkiomen teacher Frank Mercon is charged with failing to report an alleged rape a student told him about a few years ago. The alleged attack happened at Penn State Berks. NBC10’s Deanna Durante talks to Mercon’s lawyer.
