Taste of Philadelphia Kicks Off at Penn's Landing

Vendors are setting up at Penn’s Landing for the first day of the Taste of Philadelphia. Also, 1800 rowers are gathering down at the Schuylkill for the 2013 Independence Day Brigatta. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports on how the heat may play a role in Friday’s events.
