Tacony Store Owner Shoots Back

A deli owner in Tacony shot and killed an armed robber Tuesday night, according to Philadelphia Police. Detectives tell NBC10 the alleged robber fired a shot at the owner, and that’s when the owner shot back, hitting the suspect in the chest and killing him. Police are investigating weather the shooting is justified. NBC10’s Katy Zachry talked to police and neighbors in the area, who say the violence in the area needs to stop.
