SWAT Officer Shot in Bulletproof Vest in Kensington

A Philadelphia police officer serving with the SWAT unit was shot in the chest during an incident in the Kensington neighborhood on Friday. The officer was saved by his bulletproof chest, officials said. NBC10 reporter Frances Wang has the story.
