Suspect in S. Philly Attempted Kidnapping Arrested

Carlos Figueroa-Fagot turned himself in for trying to abduct a 10-year-old girl from a sidewalk in South Philly on Tuesday. The attempted abduction was caught on surveillance video. Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams says he “is very happy this predator is off the street.” NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
