Surveillance Video: Neighbors Beat Rape “Person of Interest”

Store surveillance video caught the beating of the “person of interest” wanted for the rape of a 11-year-old girl. The suspect can be seen wearing the backpack. Neighbors punched, kicked and hit the man with a bat before police arrived.
