Students, Parents Angry Over Missing ACT Test Results

Nearly 200 students in Delaware County have been waiting for the results of the ACT college readiness exam since last month. But now, they’ve been told the scores are officially lost. NBC10’s Denise Nakano talks to parents and students who are angry over the mixup.
