Students participate in ‘PAL Day' at City Hall to shadow Philly leaders

PAL Day is a 54-year Philadelphia tradition at City Hall where 15 students got to shadow city leaders for an inside look at what it takes to lead the city. NBC10’s Tim Furlong shadowed the young people who were shadowing.
