Student Shot While Walking to Central High

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross says a girl was shot after being caught in the crossfire of a gun battle as she headed to Central High School Monday morning. She is expected to be OK physically, but Ross questions what being shot could do the her mentally.
