Stretch of Boardwalk Rebuilt in Atlantic City

Atlantic City officials cut the ribbon Thursday on a stretch of boardwalk that was rebuilt. The boardwalk was broken down in some places, creating a challenge for residents to ride their bikes or walk along the boards.
