Stopping Domestic Violence Before It Happens

Domestic violence is a problem around the Philadelphia region. A project in Camden County, New Jersey has the goal to stop domestic violence before it happens and a specialized team will be out in the community trying to predict future problems. NBC10’s Cydney Long reports.
