Local Student Credits Success to ‘Steppingstone Scholars'

Princess Garrett is a sophomore at Girls High School in Philadelphia who is working hard to make the most out of her education. Garrett credits a lot of her success to a program called Steppingstone Scholars. The academic program helps urban students prepare for placement in top area college preparatory schools.
