State Senator and Family Call for Accountability After Shooting Death of 8-Year-Old Girl

Delaware County’s District Attorney said 8-year-old Fanta Bility was likely shot and killed by bullets from police when the officers fired at teenagers who were shooting at each other outside a football game over the summer. While those teens have been arrested and charged, State Senator Anthony Williams and Fanta’s family members also want charges for the officers as well as more transparency from the DA. The DA has said he can’t reveal anything until after the grand jury investigation concludes. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the story.
