Curator of Mutter Museum said package with preserved fetuses came from an unidentified retired physician

The curator at the Mutter Museum in Center City said they got a package containing two preserved fetuses and there was a letter saying it came from a retired physician, but there was nothing to identify them. Police are investigating where the package came from, and the fetuses have been turned over to the Medical Examiner’s Office.
