Center City Streets Getting Makeover to Increase Bike Safety

Parts of Pine and Spruce streets in Center City Philadelphia will be closed for repairs. Crews will work on repaving the streets and changing bike lanes from the right side to the left side to make cyclists more visible to drivers.
