Special Needs Student Succeeds in Traditional Classroom

Fifth grade students at Blue Bell Elementary are learning acceptance and understanding thanks to their classmate, 11-year-old Jenna Pando, who has Down Syndrome. Pando and her parents will be taking part in the CHOP Buddy Walk on Sunday.
