Philly Mom and Gun Owner Offered Pre-Trial Program

Atlantic County prosecutors announced Wednesday that Shaneen Allen would be offered the same pre-trial intervention program that was offered to former Baltimore Raven Ray Rice. It’s a major victory for Allen, who was arrested for bringing her gun, which she is legally allowed to carry in Pennsylvania, into New Jersey. NBC10’s George Spencer talked to Allen Wednesday night.
