CAUGHT ON CAM: Dashcam Video of Hit-and-Run That Injured Mom and 2 Kids

NBC10 obtained new video of a hit-and-run in South Philadelphia that injured a mother and her two children. The video comes from a man who was driving through the intersection just as the hit-and-run crash occurred on Dickinson and Broad streets back on Feb. 2. NBC10’s Cydney Long has the details.
