South Jersey Driver Charged in Crash That Killed Teacher

A South Jersey man has been charged in a crash that killed a jogger and one other person last summer. Patrick Miller was charged after toxicology tests came back. Allison McGinnis, a teacher, was jogging on the shoulder of the road when Miller hit her with his truck. A passenger in Miller’s truck was also killed.
