Street Racing Suspected in Deadly Crash

Charles Gibson, the son of Pennsylvania Sen. Vincent Hughes’ chief of staff, Marcella Davis was killed while street racing on Columbus Boulevard early Sunday morning when he lost control of his car and hit a pole, according to Philadelphia Police.
