Soda Tax Hearing at City Hall

City Council members are trying to get answered about the proposed soda tax. Their meeting comes ahead of next month’s vote on the controversial plan to raise money for a pre-K program by taxing sugary beverages. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports.
