Smyrna Mayor Talks of Community After Deadly Hostage Situation

Two vigils are planned to honor the prison guard killed in a hostage situation at a Delaware prison, and Smyrna’s Mayor Joanne Masten says now the community is coming together. The Mayor spoke of family and friends who are left dealing with the aftermath of the deadly ordeal.
