Sleeping Through the “All-Night Vigil”

It may be the only place in town where sleeping through a “church vigil” is encouraged. Hope Outreach United Church of Christ in Kensington was ordered by the city to stop serving as a shelter for the homeless. So instead of operating a shelter, they are inviting folks in for their overnight prayer service.
