Signal issues caused delays for SEPTA’s regional rail lines on Monday. NBC10’s Johnny Archer spoke with SEPTA riders who were impacted by the delays. The delays occurred the same day but were unrelated to a double shooting at a SEPTA station in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighborhood that left a man dead and another man injured.
