Motorists Help Catch Driver in Hit-and-Run

Frank Pavlick was riding his bike on the Fahy Bridge in Bethlehem when he was struck by a car. The driver allegedly tried to get away, but with the help of another motorist and a bus driver he was caught. NBC10’s Doug Shimell shares the story.
