165 Shelter Dogs Need Forever Homes in Delaware

Nearly 200 at-risk dogs just arrived in Delaware in need of a loving home. The dogs were airlifted from an overcrowded shelter in Phoenix, Arizona, to New Castle. The Brandywine Valley SPCA will hold its Mega Adoption event next weekend at the Delaware State Fairgrounds.
