Robbery, Sex Assault Suspects Surrenders to Philly Police

The manhunt for Robert Johnson is over. The suspect in a series of sexual assaults and robberies in West Philadelphia turned himself Thursday in after being identified. Johnson has a history of crime and is listed as a sexually violent predator.
