Serial Rapist in Germantown Sentenced

A serial rapist who targeted teen girls in Philadelphia’s Germantown section of the city has been sentenced to 40 to 196 years in prison. Prosecutors say Antuane Brown raped four girls in separate incidents near his home back in 2013.
