A Look Inside SEPTA's Rapid Response Center

SEPTA’s operations center is always on the job to ensure passenger safety and react as quickly as possible when emergencies happen. In a recent incident it took mere minutes to stop train traffic and cut power when a person fell on the subway tracks. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
