SEPTA Police Strike for Contract Negotiations

SEPTA Police officers went on strike Wednesday because of contract negations. SEPTA says they were only given a 20 minute notice prior to the strike, but they are willing to negotiate some more. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports the details.
