SEPTA to Announce New, Improved Schedules on Sunday

Amid its Regional Rail slowdown caused by the removal of a third of its train fleet due to a structural defect, SEPTA is expected to announce a modified Regional Rail schedule on Sunday that will bring some relief for commuters. The transit authority is borring trains from other companies to help ease overcrowding and delays.
