SEPTA says it needs more bus drivers as the agency is short about 200, but safety is a concern

SEPTA needs more bus drivers. The agency says its short about 200 drivers and says that is going to affect its riders. However, safety is a concern with a SEPTA bus driver being shot and killed and a series of shootings happening recently on or near a SEPTA property.
