SEPTA leaders meet with Philadelphia City Councilmembers

All eyes were on SEPTA today as the transit agency made its case to Philadelphia City Council to approve $117 million in budget funding. Concerns over crime and clean stations as well as a proposed overhaul to the bus system dominated the conversation. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports.
