Sen. Pat Toomey on Young People and Affordable Care Act Enrollment

Sen. Pat Toomey said in an interview Monday with NBC10 that young people not enrolling in the Affordable Care Act is contributing to a “death spiral” for insurance coverage in some states. An economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who helped craft “Romneycare” in Massachusetts and Obamacare disagrees with Toomey’s assessment.
