Police Commissioner Bethel hosts listening session in North Philly to reinforce Mayor Parker's safety promise

Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker made a promise to make the city a safer place when she took office. She appointed Commissioner Kevin Bethel to lead the Philadelphia Police Department to help make good on her promise. On Monday, Bethel says they are following through with that promise by taking steps to listen to community members and the issues they face in their neighborhoods. NBC10’s Johnny Archer reports on the listening session held in North Philadelphia.
