Security Guard Takes Down Looters in Port Richmond

When scores of looters ransacked clothing stores in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood on Sunday, a security guard jumped into action to try and hold some of them accountable and recover the merchandise. SkyForce10 caught the action live.
