2nd Suspect in Cop Killing Headed Back to Philly

Police say Philadelphia homicide detectives are on their way back from Montgomery Alabama with Chancier McFarland. McFarland was the second suspect wanted in the killing of Officer Moses Walker Jr. NBC10’s Marisa Brahney reports.
