Search for Schuylkill Expressway Hit-and-Run Driver

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a driver who fled the scene of a deadly hit-and-run that backed up traffic on Interstate 76 in Philadelphia for hours Tuesday morning. A minivan lost control in the eastbound lanes and then flipped into the westbound lanes, killing the driver and ejecting four people. A white work van then hit two of the people ejected onto the road before speeding off in the direction of Montgomery County.
