School safety and triage and wellness centers were the topics in the first hearing on $6.3M proposed budget

While the Parker administration plans to invest $100 million in triage and wellness centers, city council members have questions like where and when. The administration says council will be kept in the loop as things progress with the main hope of this budget being to help address drug use and homelessness.
