School Bus Driver Accused of Leaving Child on Bus and Being in Possession of Marijuana

A school bus driver left a 7-year-old boy on an empty bus in West Philadelphia for upwards of ten to fifteen minutes. NBC10’s George Spencer learned new information about the driver and his arrest.
