Sandusky Victim's Upset Over Corbett Lawsuit

Two new developments Thursday in Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett’s lawsuit over Penn State football sanctions. We now know why he was allowed to sue and how Jerry Sandusky’s victims feel about it. Attorney General Linda Kelly said she granted the Governor the authority to sue the NCAA last month and says since her office is prosecuting three Penn State administrators, it would have looked like a conflict of interest if she denied the suit.
