Runway Closed After Flare Scare

Runway 17 at the Philadelphia International Airport was closed just after 2 p.m. on Tuesday. The runway closed after a pilot reported a possible flare being shot near his plane as he landed. The FBI is investigating. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports.
