Rugby Championship Kicks Off

The USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship kicked off at PPL Park in Chester Saturday. For two days, some of the fastest-paced Rugby in the world can be seen at the home of the Philadelphia Union. NBC 10 s Tim Furlong reports.
