Roving Teen Wolf Pack Arrested for Beatings

Victims who endured “savage” beatings allegedly at the hands of nine teenage boys in Upper Darby displayed their scars for all to see at a press conference Monday. The teens, who ranged in age from 14 to 19, were arrested and charged with several crimes.
